Balance tasked us with creating a series of labels for a new range of beers created with foraged ingredients. I chose to focus on locations in which the ingredients could be found, my labels are a series of film photographs that reflect the conditions the specific plant often grows in. The addition of boxes of colour aims to highlight a plant or spot a plant could grow within the image. Choosing a different colour for each label allowed the bottles to be easily differentiated as the images can easily blend into each other from a distance.
